Mr. Zainal from the front desk immediately assured us that our reservation would be held, alleviating our concerns. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Zainal, which instantly brightened our tired faces. The room and bathroom were clean, and the view of the border and surrounding nature was breathtaking. We will definitely book again when in town. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful scenery.
