I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy parking and a nice view of the straits. The staff were friendly and treated us like family.
The morning meal could be improved by replacing the samosa and curry puff with something else, maybe lontong instead.

the hotel is simple, comfortable, and has friendly staff. The privacy here is the most important and I enjoyed the view of the Straits of Johor and the garden from my room. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I even received newspapers and a simple but adequate breakfast. It's not fancy, but it's definitely a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, especially for an overnight stay.

Located in the city center, this hotel offers a scenic window view and a cozy room. The friendly staff provides professional service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room is clean and spacious, with a modern bathroom. Additionally, the hotel has a decent bar adjacent to it, perfect for lazy days or unfavorable weather. Access to the nearby major road is quick and convenient, and there is ample parking available, making it ideal for business travelers. The WiFi in the room is reliable, allowing guests to stay connected.
The breakfast selection is limited, with minimal options and a lack of variety.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced a delay in our journey and had to inform the hotel about our late arrival. Mr. Zainal from the front desk immediately assured us that our reservation would be held, alleviating our concerns. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Zainal, which instantly brightened our tired faces. The room and bathroom were clean, and the view of the border and surrounding nature was breathtaking. We will definitely book again when in town. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful scenery.

One of the best things about this hotel is its value for money. With prices starting from RM120.00++ per night, the hotel offers more than what you would expect. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view of the hotel's garden and the straits. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the shower has perfect water pressure. The hotel also provides basic amenities such as a flat screen TV with many channels, including Astro. Additionally, the hotel's location in the town center is ideal for exploring JB and its surroundings.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no issues.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and parking is free. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi was great and the room was reasonably modern. The complementary in-room fittings were functional with air-con, flat screen TV, mini-fridge, and good bathroom fittings. One great advantage featured a nice view from the hotel.
The hotel management ignored the guest’s request for a non-smoking room. It was uncomfortable for non-smokers in a smoking room with ashtray.
